Library

Reading can add a dimension to your personality like nothing else can! It is important because it develops our thoughts, gives us endless knowledge and lessons while keeping our minds active. Books can hold and keep all kinds of information, stories, thoughts and feelings unlike anything else in this world. The importance of a book to help us learn and understand things cannot be underestimated. We firmly believe in this and hence we have three, well-stocked libraries in Nalanda, one each in Junior, Middle and Senior School.

Architecture

Nalanda International School, Vadodara, has been awarded a LEAF, (Leading European Architects’ Forum) Award in 2006 in the Environmentally Friendly Category. Nationally renowned Architect, Mrs. Brinda Somaya (the architect of Nalanda International School) who designed all the school buildings and campus received the Award.

There are four buildings on the campus, one for each section:

Playgrounds

Nalanda International School has varied fun-filled playgrounds with age-appropriate equipment where children love to spend their time. The main purpose of these areas is to promote the gross motor development of the young students and also to encourage free play. In an age and time when children are generally confined to their homes or play zones where large open spaces are not available to many easily, Nalanda International School provides its students with unhampered space for free play and fun.

Extended Day

This extended-day schedule allows for an extended learning period in the afternoon, accommodating additional academic activities, specialized lessons, or extracurricular programs to enrich students' educational experiences.

We welcome kids into our 2-4’s program based on their birth year.
